Returns

We value you, our customer, and try to make your shopping experience on our web site a pleasurable experience. Your satisfaction is our number one goal. Here are some common sense guidelines should a need occur to return any purchase from us. All products must be returned in good condition, not removed from original packaging. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Call our customer service department with your original purchase order number to receive an RMA and the address to return product to. Returning product is to be shipped at your expense. If you refuse a shipment, the return shipping costs will be charged to your credit card on file. All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee and damaged packaging will also be charged a re-packaging fee. Management reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of all returns before issuing any refunds. Refunds are issued in the form a check for purchase price less shipping, re-stocking and any re-packaging fees that may apply.

Some Exceptions To The Return Policy:



• Because of the nature of the product – portable garages or storage sheds are not returnable.
• Items in the “Specials” are not returnable.
• Custom made or manufactured to your specifications product are not returnable.
• Bulk discounted orders are not returnable
